21st of February, only 52 days into the year and i have already managed to complete one of my new years resolutions, and am well on the way to completing three others.
The one which i can currently tick off my list is 'get a boyfriend'. Yes ladies and gentlemen, Lisa Hollis has finally managed to bag herself a boyfriend after 17 years of being single! BE PROUD! and actually, i managed to do this by the end of January, so man points to me on the speed of my resolution completion!
The three that i am on the way to doing (i hope) are
-save up for malia
-pass driving test
-stop being such a wierdo/bitch.
I currently have a quarter of the money i need for malia, have my theory test tomorrow morning and am trying my best to be a better/nicer person who doesnt do ridiculous things like panic buying six pairs of black socks on her first shopping trip with the new boyfriend...
ANYWAYYYYYYYY, there you have it, nearly two months into 2012 and im on my way to being who/having what i want :D
LENT
i was thinking about this today, and have decided that for lent i am going to do 1 thing everyday independently. This may sound ridiculous to some, but i have a stupid fear/problem with doing anything and being on my own. im not sure if its to do with the fact im worried at the idea of being alone with my own thoughts for too long or if im just a wierdo. so yeah, thats my plan for 40 whole days.
also with the standard 'eat healthy, go to the gym 3 times a week' stuff that i force my self to attempt every year. Each time failing and stuffing my face with chocolate cake becasue ive failed...Its a vicious cycle.
so i realise im failing misrabley at this whole blogging more thing, however im not entirely sure that anyone out there is particulary interested in the shambles that it my life, but its nice to let off some steam over the internet every now and again.
